California Poppies --- they were nice -- until the monsoon hit and wiped them out... every garden needs a pop of orange -- it's becoming my new favorite color.

harry, the fuzzy black barn cat -- kinda skinny, but kinda friendly

the old fashioned tiger lily is always a favorite -- these are decendents from those of my great grandmother -- they kind of pop up here there and everywhere -- tough buggers!

newly planted (05/09/10) squash and pumpkins... it was a good day to be planting -- they leap out of the ground when it warms up!
