milkweed pods -- are now covered in ice

it's a reflections week -- and this picture is from a 2006 trip to Saint Cloud -- we hit every fabric, scrapbooking, craft and antique store -- and toured the Clemons - Muensinger Gardens.  The Gardens are part of the Saint Cloud Park system and well, they are fabulous.

the neighborhood bittersweet vine (wild, not tame) -- it's finally getting some growth to it....

snow capped purple coneflower seed head --- i never dead head the purple coneflowers -- all winter long the birds nibble and they "self-seed" ... we have an abundance of purple coneflowers.

it was a good one !
