the colors of fall --

okay, it's a little crooked -- i think i took this in the fall of 1978 -- back when we actually used black & white film and manual 35mm camera's --- anyway -- taken from the bluff -- and it's the farm we used to live on --- the river is a mere 100 years to the right of the bridge -- ergo a lot of flooding -- it's abandoned now ...

okay, this Norweigian Ice Breaker is all the rage in Minnesota these days.  He's arrived in at least 6 mails this week along.

okay after a day of "blizzard warnings" and "high wind advisories" I can really use a little green right now.... even a mosquito would be good !
